Finally, at 2:30 pm the Interpretation Center will be open to the public for an hour in which you can learn all about our first settlers!

The Barrel Box Store will also be here to sell beer and cheese. The store is located on boulevard Don-Quichotte in Île-Perrot.

As part of this year’s Fishing Festival, children from 7 to 17 years old will have the opportunity to subscribe to the Pêche en herbe Programm sponsored by Canadien Tire. The Programm offers a 1 hour course to go through the theory behind fishing. Children will also be given a free fishing rod and a fishing permit valid until they’re 18 years old. Like each year, it will be the only day that fishing will be permitted in the historical area (between the old miller’s house and the windmill up to the water).
