The interpretation centre allows families with young ones to test their knowledge of the windmill and of grain agriculture in an interactive environment that will stimulate their senses.

Visiting the Interpretation Center is the ideal activity to educate children about grain harvesting in New France as well as the milling process with our interactive mill that allows children to rotate the wings of the windmill.

The interpretation center schedule varies during the season.
